Lotteries Commission (Soccer Pools)

Amendment Rules 2003

Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Lotteries Commission (Soccer
Pools) Amendment Rules 2003.

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation on 10 August 2003.

3.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Lotteries Commission

(Soccer Pools) Rules 1996*.

4.            Rule 34 amended

(1) Rule 34(1)(b) is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted
instead —

(b) is valid —

(i)     for 2 years from the date of issue, if issued before 10 August 2003; or

(ii)      for 5 years from the date of issue, if issued on or after 10 August 2003.

(2) Rule 34(2)(b) is amended by deleting "$5.00" and inserting

instead —

44

$10.00 ".
