Lotteries Commission (Powerball) Amendment

Rules (No. 2) 2007

Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.

1.             Citation

These rules are the Lotteries Commission (Powerball)
Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2007.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows:

(a)	rules 1 and 2 — on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the rules — on 9 August 2007.

3.             The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Lotteries Commission
(Powerball) Rules 1996*.

4.             Schedule 4 amended

Schedule 4 is amended by deleting “$0.55 (+ agent's
component)” and inserting instead —

“ $0.60 (+ agent's component) ”.
