5. Clause 1.6 amended

In clause 1.6-

(a) delete "Dangerous Dog" and replace with "dangerous dog";

(b) delete "Kennel" and replace with "kennel";
(c) delete "Lot" and replace with the "lot";
(d) delete "Pound" and replace with pound":
(e) delete "Pound Keeper" and replace with "pound keeper";
[f) delete "Public Place" and replace with "public place";
(g) delete "Seized" and replace with "seized":
(h) delete "Thoroughfare" and replace with "thoroughfare";

Iu Clause 2.4(b), delete 2.2" and replace with 2.1".

In Clause 4.1, delete "section 3" and replace with 'section 3(1)".

8. Clause 4.16 amended

Delete clause 4.16 and insert—

4.16 Subject to the consent of the owner or occupier of he premises or by warrant., an authorised person may inspect an approved kennel establishment at. any time.

9. First Schedule amended
In the First. Schedule, delete "Dog Act" and replace with "Dog Act. 1976".
10. Fifth Schedule amended

In the Fifth Schedule, delete "5.2(e)" and replace with "5.2".

Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.

1.             Citation

These rules are the Lotteries Commission (Powerball)

2.             Commencement and application

(1) These rules come into operation as tollows

(a)

riles I and 2 — on the day on •hich these rules are published in the Gazette;

(b)
the rest of the rules on I March 2013.

(2) These rules apply to powerball draw numbered 877 and all

subsequent powerhall draws.

3.              Rules amended

These rules amend the Lotteries Commission (Powerball)

Rules 1996.

4.             Rule 3 amended

In l'ule 3 in the definition of power/r /I section delete "an entry coupon' and insert:

5.             Rule 20 amended

In rule 20(1):

(a) in paragraph (d) delete "barrel A and the powerball number;' . and insert:
barrel A;

(h) in paragraph (e) delete "barrel A;" and insert:

barrel A and the powerhall number;

(c) delete paragraph (g) and insert:

The Lill it cost of entering the powerball draw numbered 877 and all subsequent powcrball draws is made up of a subscription of 85 cents per game and an agent's component.

The agent's component is calculated as 9% of the total subscription amount for a particular week's entry, rounded* (where necessary) to the nearest 5 cent multiple.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Racing Bets Levy Amendment

Regulations 2013.

These regulations come into operation as follows -
