Lotteries Commission (Oz Lotto) Amendment

Rules 2007

Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

26 June 2007 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3055

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows:

(a)	rules 1 and 2 — on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the rules — on the day after that day.

3.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Lotteries Commission
(Oz Lotto) Rules 1995*.

4.            Rule 16 amended

Rule 16(2)(b) is amended by deleting "go" and inserting instead —

" goes ".

5.            Rule 19 amended

Rule 19(1) is repealed.

6.            Schedule 4 amended

Schedule 4 is amended by deleting —
