Lotteries Commission (Oz Lotto) Amendment

Rules 2005

Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These rules are the Lotteries Commission (Oz Lotto) Amendment
Rules 2005.

2.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Lotteries Commission
(Oz Lotto) Rules 1995*.

3.            Rule 5 amended

Rule 5(2) is repealed and the following subrule is inserted instead —

(2) In addition to allowing an entry for a particular draw, the Commission may allow an Oz lotto entry to be for 2, 5 or 10 consecutive weeks, and the subscriber must specify which of the allowed options he or she wishes to exercise.

4.            Rule 6 amended

Rule 6(2)(a) is amended by inserting after "entered" —
