Lotteries Commission (Oz Lotto) Amendment

Rules 2002

Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.

1.             Citation

These rules may be cited as the Lotteries Commission (Oz Lotto) Amendment Rules 2002.
2.	Commencement These rules come into operation on 2 April 2002.

3.             Rule 3 amended

Rule 3 of the Lotteries Commission (Oz Lotto) Rules 1995* is amended in the definition of “selling period” as follows:

(a)	by deleting “5.00 p.m.” and inserting instead — “ 6.00 p.m. ”;
(b)	by deleting “4.00 p.m.” and inserting instead — “ 5.00 p.m. ”.
