LOTTERIES COMMISSION (INSTANT LOTTERY) AMENDMENT RULES 1998
Made by the Commission under section 28 (1).
Citation

1.These rules may be cited as the Lotteries Commission (Instant Lottery) Amendment

Rules 1998.

Commencement

2.These rules come into operation on 29 March 1998.

Principal rules

3.In these rules the Lotteries Commission (Instant Lottery) Rules 1996* are referred to

as the principal rules.

Rule 2 amended

4.Rule 2 of the principal rules is amended in the definition of "authorized payout centre"

by deleting "$100" and substituting the following —
" $500 ".
Rule 9 amended

5.Rule 9 (2) of the principal rules is amended —

(a)	in paragraphs (a) and (b) by deleting "$100" in each place where	it occurs and
substituting the following — " $500 ";and
(b)	in paragraphs (b) and (c) by deleting "$2 000" in each place where	it occurs and
substituting the following — " $7000 ".

The Common Seal of the Commission was affixed on 18 February 1998 by	order and in
