Lotteries Commission (Designated Authorities)

Amendment Regulations 2010

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Lotteries Commission (Designated
Authorities) Amendment Regulations 2010.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Lotteries Commission (Designated
Authorities) Regulations 1998.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 delete “the New South Wales Lotteries
Corporation established by the New South Wales Lotteries
Corporatisation Act 1996, as from time to time amended, of the
State of New South Wales;” and insert:

in relation to the State of New South Wales, New South Wales Lotteries Corporation Pty Limited ACN 142 890 195;
