Lotteries Commission (Designated Authorities) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1)1
I, JAMES ERIC LLOYD, Minister for Local Government, Territories and Roads, make the following Regulations under the Lotteries Commission Act 1990 (WA) (CI), and in accordance with subsection 8G (1) of the Christmas Island Act 1958.

Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Lotteries Commission (Designated Authorities) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).
Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.
Amendment of Lotteries Commission (Designated Authorities) Regulations 1998 (WA) (CI)
Schedule 1 amends the Lotteries Commission (Designated Authorities) Regulations 1998 (WA) (CI).
