Lotteries Commission Act 1990 (WA)(CI)

I, JAMES ERIC LLOYD, Minister for Local Government, Territories and Roads, acting under section 8G of the Christmas Island Act 1958 hereby determine that the percentage of player loss for the purposes of paragraph 24A of the Lotteries Commission Act 1990 (WA)(CI) is as follows:

(a)     in respect of Tattslotto, Oz Lotto, Powerball and Wednesday Tattslotto – 87.5%;

(b)     in respect of Instant Lotteries, Tatts Keno, Tatts 2 and Super 66 – 65.625%;

(c)     in respect of Tatts TipStar – 49.21875%; and

(d)     in respect of Soccer Pools – 52.5%.

This determination commences on the same day as the Lotteries Commission Amendment Ordinance 2005 (No. 1) commences.
