Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901.

The object of this Regulation is to increase the fees payable under the Lotteries and Art

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Lotteries and Art Unions Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 2012.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2012 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Omit “$50” from clause 135 (2) (a). Insert instead “$100”.
