LOTTERIES AND ART UNIONS (AMEND­

MENT) ACT.

Act No. 34, 1944.

An Act to amend the Lotteries and Art Unions Act, 1901-1929, and certain other Acts in certain respects; and for purposes con­ nected therewith. [Assented to, 8th December, 1944.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­	Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of
the same, as follows :—
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Lotteries and Art Unions (Amendment) Act, 1944."
(2) The Lotteries and Art Unions Act, 1901-1929, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act may be cited as the Lotteries and Art Unions Act, 1901-1944.
2 . The Lotteries and Art Unions Act, 1901-1929, as amended by subsequent Acts is amended—

(a)	by inserting in paragraph (b) of subsection one of section five after the word "ornament" the words "o r of real proper ty" ;
(b)	by inserting at the end of subsection two of the same section the words " o r of real property." PUBLIC
