s1 2 s4 Lotteries Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2006 No. 35, 2006 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Lotteries Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Rule amended This rule amends the Lotteries Rule 1998 . 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Wednesday gold lotto) (1) Schedule 1, section 7(2), ‘standard entries’— omit, insert — ‘, but not fewer than 4, standard entries’. (2) Schedule 1, section 18(1)(a) and (b), ‘3’— omit, insert — ‘4’. (3) Schedule 1, section 18(1)(b), ‘$3000000’— omit, insert — ‘$4000000’. (4) Schedule 1, appendix 1.1, entry for entry type ‘2 Panel’— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Saturday gold lotto) Schedule 2, section 18(1)— omit, insert — ‘(1) The net prize pool for a drawing of Saturday gold lotto must be distributed as follows— • division 1—27.2% • division 2—6.45% • division 3—12.15% • division 4—20.85% • division 5—33.35%.’.
