s1 2 s2 Lotteries Amendment (No. 1) No. 411, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This rule may be cited as the Lotteries Amendment Rule (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Amended rules 2. The schedule amends the rules mentioned in it.

3 Lotteries Amendment (No. 1) No. 411, 1995 ¡ SCHEDULE AMENDMENTS section 2 INSTANT CASKET RULE 1984 1. Section 7.2— insert— ‘ (2) The agency payment period for a prize in an instant casket is 1 year after closure of the instant casket.’. LOTTO (OZ LOTTO) RULE 1994 1. Section 64(2) and example— omit. 2. Section 65— insert— ‘ (2) For a prize in a game, other than a prize in division 1, the amount of the prize distributed may be rounded to the nearest amount consisting of a 5 cent multiple. Example for subsection (2)— 3 cents is rounded up to 5 cents. ‘ (3) Amounts deducted from prizes in rounding under subsection (2) must be added to the prize money for division 1. ‘ (4) Amounts added to prizes in rounding under subsection (2) must be deducted from the prize money for division 1.
