s1 4 Lotteries Amendment The Parliament of Queensland enacts— s5 No. 46, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Lotteries Amendment Act 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. Section 4 is taken to have commenced on 8 December 1995. ˙ Act amended 3. This Act amends the Lotteries Act 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Definitions) 4. Section 4, definition “agency agreement” , ‘an adult’— omit, insert— ‘a person (other than an individual who is a minor)’. ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Meaning of “selling fee” and “subscription fee”) 5.
