An Ordinance to amend the Lotteries Ordinance 1964

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Lotteries (Amendment) Ordinance 1984.1

Commencement

2.  This Ordinance shall come into operation on such date as is fixed by the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government by notice in the Gazette.

Interpretation

3.  Section 4 of the Lotteries Ordinance 19642 is amended by omitting “Police Offences Ordinance 1930-1961” from the definition of “unlawful game” in sub-section (1) and substituting “Unlawful Games Ordinance 1984”.
