1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lord Howe Island Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land adjoining Lot 4, DP 1133177 at Lagoon Road,

Lord Howe Island:

(a)	part of Portion 123 (Lot 23, DP 757515),
(b)	part of Portion 176 (Lot 5, DP 1133177).
