1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lord Howe Island Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Lord Howe Island Local Environmental Plan 2010. In particular, to the extent that this Plan rezones land from Zone 5 Special Uses to Zone 2 Settlement, it applies to part of Portions 30 and 279, in the vicinity of Middle Beach Road, Lord Howe Island.
