Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 2

3.1   After item 22, insert:

“22AA Medibank Limited Employment of a person who was takento be engaged by Medibank Limited because of the operation of a declaration under section 21 of the Health Insurance Commission (Reform and Separation of Functions) Act 1997”.
