REGULATIONS UNDER THE LONG SERVICE LEAVE

(COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) ACT 19761

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

AMENDMENT OF THE LONG SERVICE LEAVE

(COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS2

Schedule 2

Schedule 2 to the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended by inserting after item 28 the following item:

“28A The Australian Institute of Agricultural Science Employment of a person whose services were taken over by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization on 1 January 1976”.
