REGULATIONS UNDER THE LONG SERVICE LEAVE

COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) ACT 19761

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

AMENDMENTS OF THE LONG SERVICE LEAVE

(COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS2

1Schedule 1

Schedule 1 to the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended—

  • (a)

    by inserting after item 46 the following item:

“46A

Victorian College of Pharmacy

Employment after 4 July 1966”;

 and

  • (b)

    by inserting after item 78 the following item:

“78A

The National Fitness Council of South Australia

”.

2Schedule 2

Schedule 2 to the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended—

  • (a)

    by omitting item 1 and substituting the following items:

“1

Aboriginal Corporation of the National Aboriginal Conference

1A

Aboriginal Hostels Limited

”;

 and

  • (b)

    by inserting after item 22 the following item:

“22A

National Aboriginal Sports Foundation Aboriginal Corporation

”.
