REGULATION UNDER THE LONG SERVICE LEAVE

(COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) ACT 19761

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

AMENDMENT OF THE LONG SERVICE LEAVE

(COMMONWEALT EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS2

Schedule 2

Schedule 2 to the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 28 the following item:

“28AA The Anzac Agency for the Pacific Region of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (an agency of a body corporate established by royal charter) Employment of a person whose services were taken over by the Department of the Special Minister of State on 1 January 1975”.
