Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2Amendment

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

Schedule 2

Schedule 2 to the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended—

• (a)

  by omitting Item 5 and substituting the following items:

 

“5	Australian Broadcasting Company Limited	Employment of a person whose services were taken over by the Australian Broadcasting Commission on 1 July 1932
5A	Australian Conference of Principals of Colleges of Advanced Education	“;

 and

• (b)

  by omitting Item 14A and substituting the following items:

 

“14A	Coal Mines Insurance Pty Limited
14B	Commonwealth Accommodation and Catering Services Limited  ”.
