Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the

for and on behalf of the Prime Minister

(a) by adding “and” at the end of paragraph (1) (f); and
(b) by omitting paragraph (1) (g).
(1) For the purposes of the Act, salary includes an allowance payable to an employee in respect of his experience as a tradesman, being experience gained while he was an employee.
In sub-regulation (1), ‘employee’ means a person engaged as an employee by the Australian National Railways Commission.”.

ADDITIONAL AMENDMENTS OF THE LONG SERVICE LEAVE (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS
The following provisions of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended by omitting “furlough” (wherever occurring) and substituting “long service leave”:
Regulations 4, 4A, 4C and 4D.
