Long Service Leave (Commonwealth

Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be taken to have commenced on 30 April 1988.

2. After regulation 2 of the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Declaration of body corporate—paragraph 4 (6) (c) of the Act

“3. Australian Airlines Limited is declared to be a body corporate to which paragraph 4 (6) (c) of the Act applies.”.
