Long Service Leave (Commonwealth

Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of section 11 of the OTC (Conversion into Public Company) Act 1988.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations.

Declaration of body corporate—paragraph 4 (6) (c) of the Act

3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “Australian Airlines Limited” and substituting “A company referred to in column 2 of Schedule 1a”.

Schedule 1a

4. After Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations the following Schedule is inserted:
