Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

Schedule 2

Schedule 2 to the Long Service (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 2a the following items:
“2b Air Queensland Ltd.	Employment before 27 June 1985 of a person whose services were taken over by the Commonwealth on that date, including continuous service with Bush Pilots Airways Pty. Ltd. and Bush Pilots Airways Ltd.
Employment on or after 27 June 1985 until 25 March 1986
2c Air Queensland Pty. Ltd.	Employment on or after 26 March 1986”.
