1Name

This instrument is the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Amendment (Recognising Transferring Employees) Regulations 2023.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

Insert:

37A Creative Partnerships Australia Ltd Employment of a person who is taken, under item 10 of Schedule 2 to the Australia Council Amendment (Creative Australia) Act 2023, to have been employed by the Australia Council at the start of 1 July 2023
