1Name

This instrument is the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Amendment (2017 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2017.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Insert:

22A Australian Synchrotron Company Limited Employment of a person whose services were taken over: (a) by Synchrotron Light Source Australia Pty Ltd from Australian Synchrotron Company Limited on 1 January 2013; and (b) by the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation from Synchrotron Light Source Australia Pty Ltd on 1 September 2016
