Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Regulations² (Amendment)

I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Ordinance 1981.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1986.

Awards

2.  Regulation 2 of the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph:

“(ca)Draughtsmen, Planners and Technical Officers (A.C.T.) Award 1982;”.
