Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Act 1981.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Awards

2.  Regulation 2 of the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(b)The Building and Construction Industry (ACT) Award 1991;

(c)Electrical Contracting Industry Award 1992;”;

(b)by omitting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(d)National Metal and Engineering On-Site Construction Industry Award 1989;”; and

(c)by omitting paragraph (f).
