Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Act 1981

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Amendment Regulation 2007(No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Regulation 1984.

4. New section 20

   insert

5. Transitional—declared return period—Act, s 200

   (1)The period 1 May 2007 to 30 June 2007 is a declared return period.

   (2)This section expires on 31 July 2007.
