An Ordinance to amend the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Ordinance 1981

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1984.1

Interpretation

2.  Section 3 of the Long Service Leave (Building and Construction Industry) Ordinance 19812 is amended by inserting after sub-section (1) the following sub-section:

“(1A)  For the purposes of this Ordinance, work consisting of planning, sewing or laying floor coverings shall be taken to be work performed in the building and construction industry.”.
