I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council —

(a)

under the Aboriginal Communities Act 1979 section 4(1)(b) declare the Lombadina Aboriginal Corporation, an incorporated Aboriginal community, to be a community to which that Act applies; and

(b)

under section 6(1) of that Act declare the lands described in the Schedule to be the community lands of that community.

Schedule

The land being Lot 373 on Deposited Plan 220266 and being the land comprised in
Crown Land Title Volume LR3109 Folio 6, being a part of Reserve 46576.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 28 March 2006.
