I, the Governor, acting under the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act 1909 section 13 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, abolish the Logue Brook Dam Catchment Area, established and defined in a proclamation published in the Gazette 12 May 2008 p. 1699.
