Logbooks for Fisheries Determination 2017 2
1 Name
This instrument is the Logbooks for Fisheries Amendment Determination 2018 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
3 Authority
This instrument is made under subsection 42(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991.
4 Schedule
Each instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule, and any other item in the Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments
Logbooks for Fisheries Determination 2017
1 Section 2
Omit “Federal Register of Legislative Instruments”, substitute “Federal Register of Legislation”.
2 Section 4
Omit “(the FM Act)”.
3 Section 10
Omit “SWT01A”, substitute “SWT01B”.
4 Subparagraph 12(b)(i)
Omit “SWT01A”, substitute “SWT01B”.
5 After paragraph 12(c)
Insert:
(d)For fish taken with the use of minor line methods:
i.Line Fishing Daily Fishing Log LN01B; and
ii.Great Australian Bight Trawl Fishery Catch Disposal Record GAB2C.
6 Section 13
Omit “SCA01A”, substitute “SCA01B”.
7 Section 17
Repeal the section, substitute:
Any concession holder transporting fish taken from a declared fishery, as specified in a declaration under subsection 91(1) of the Act, in more than one consignment which are to be received by a person granted a Commonwealth Fish Receiver Permit are to keep, maintain and furnish to AFMA the Commonwealth Managed Fisheries Transit Form CTF in accordance with the instructions in that logbook.
8 Subparagraph 18(gg)
Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:
gg) SCA01B Commonwealth Scallop Daily Fishing Log as published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette, C2017G01174, on 3 November 2017.
