Courtyard By Marriott North Ryde Workplace Agreement 2010.

[1] Lodging Logistics Pty Ltd T/A Courtyard by Marriott Hotel (“the applicant”) has made an application, pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009, for the approval of an enterprise agreement titled the Courtyard By Marriott North Ryde Workplace Agreement 2010.

[2] In proceedings on 8 November 2010, I canvassed a number of queries about the content of the Agreement. The proceedings were, at the applicant’s request, stood over to 23 November 2010. However, further to correspondence dated 18 November 2010 from Freehills advising the applicant did not wish to proceed with the application, a notice of discontinuance has now been filed. In the circumstances, today’s listing has been vacated and the proceedings are now concluded.
