An Act to amend "The Lodging-house Act."

HEREAS i t is expedient, to amend The Lodging-house Act" P r e a ~ l ~ l ~.

be in the form in the second Schedule hereto, and upon such revoca-

tion the occupier or keeper of the lodging-house refcrrccl to i11 the certificate so revokcd, and the premises occupied or kept by him shall be subject to the provisions of the said Act.
