'Same, as follows : - 1. This Act may be cited as "The Local Sugar Oane Short title. Prices Boards Oonfirmation Act of 1915." 2. The Local Sugar Cane Prices Boards constituted Confirmation con:toca by Order in Council published in the Gazette dated the ~ .f tu• I -eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and ~ : r~ . fifteen, purporting to be made under and in pursuance of "The Regulation of Sugar Oane Prices Act of 1915,"* are :and each of them is hereby declared to have been validly >constituted thereunder in respect of the mills and the lands of the canegrowers therein mentioned; and the notice published in the said Gazette, purporting to be a notice under and in pursuance of the said Act, shall be deemed to constitute and shall be a due appointm~ nt thereunder 'Of the persons therein named as representatives of the owners of the mills and representatives of the cane- growers respectively to be members of the Local Sugar Cane Prices Boards therein specified; and .the said Order in Council and notice shall for all purposes whatsoever be and be deemed to have been made, issued, and published in the prope·r execution of the said Act, and to be valid and binding upon all. persons whomsoever.
