AN ACT to further amend the Local Inscribed

Stock Act, 1897.

[Assented to 24th December, 1904.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andand Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Local Inscribed Stock Short title.

Amendment Act, 1904, and shall be read as one with the Local Inscribed Stock Act, 1897, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

striking out the words " shall invest such last-mentioned sum in the Viet., No. 5, sec. 8.

Section eight of the principal Act is hereby amended by Amendment of 61

names of," and by inserting in place thereof " such last-mentioned

sum shall be invested by."

3.     Section nine of the principal Act is hereby amended by Amendment of

adding to the first paragraph thereof the following words :—" and for see. 9'

the better enabling such investment may, from time to time, if they

think fit, delegate their trust to two or more persons in London, to

be approved by the Governor."

the supervision of the Clerk of the Parliaments, and a reference to

this Act made in the margin.
