I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Local Government (Theatres and Public Halls) Amendment Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1990 as the day on which. that Act (Schedule 1 (5) excepted) commences.
