2 Local Government (Swimming Pool Fencing) No. 331, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Local Government (Swimming Pool Fencing) Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Repeal 2. The order in council made on 4 June 1992 for the purpose of section 49H of the Act and published in the Gazette of 5 June 1992 at page 981 is repealed. ˙ Specified land 3. The land mentioned in the Schedule is specified for the purpose of section 49H(3)(c) of the Act.
