s1 2 s3 Local Government Superannuation Amendment No. 278, 1994 (No. 2) ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Local Government Superannuation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the LocalGovernmentSuperannuationRegulation 1992 . ˙ Insertion of new s 10 3. At the end— insert— ˙ ‘ Effect of amending regulation ‘ 10.(1) Subsection (2) applies if the Local Government SuperannuationAmendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 (the “amending regulation” ) did not have the effect of amending this regulation. ‘ (2) The amending regulation is taken to have had effect as if the reference in section 3 of the amending regulation to the Local Government Superannuation Regulation 1994 had been a reference to the LocalGovernment Superannuation Regulation 1992 . ‘ (3) Subsections (1) and (2) are laws to which section 20A of the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 applies. ‘ (4) This section expires on the day it commences.’.
