Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Section 42a—Annual Reports)

Regulations 1992.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation four months after the day on which they are

made (see Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 section 10aa).

Prescribed day for report

3. For the purposes of section 42a(1) of the Local Government Act 1934, the prescribed day

is 31 December.
