REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Sale of Council

Assets) Amendment Regulations 1993.

Regulation 2 amended

2.     Regulation 2 of the Local Government (Sale of Council Assets)

Regulations 1983*	is amended by deleting "$2 000" and substituting the
following —
" $10	000
