Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 – Preliminary1.Citation

These regulations are the Local Government Regulations Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

• (a)

  Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website (publication day);

• (b)

  Part 2 — on 3 November 2024;

• (c)

  the rest of the regulations — on the day after publication day.

Part 2 – Local Government (Long Service Leave) Regulations 2024 amended3.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Local Government (Long Service Leave) Regulations 2024.

4.Regulation 8 amended

Delete regulation 8(1)(g).

Part 3 – Local Government Regulations Amendment Regulations 2022 amended5.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Local Government Regulations Amendment Regulations 2022.

6.Part 5 Division 3 deleted

Delete Part 5 Division 3.
