Act 1993, make the following Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations) Further
Amendment Proclamation 2018.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations) Proclamation 2018

(1) Clause 3 Constitution of joint organisations

Insert “Narrabri,” after “Moree Plains,” in Column 2 of the matter relating to New

England Joint Organisation in the Table to the clause.

(2)	Clause 3, Table
Insert “Bogan,” before “Gilgandra,” in Column 2 of the matter relating to Orana Joint Organisation.
(3)	Clause 3, Table
Insert “Warren,” after “Narromine,” in Column 2 of the matter relating to Orana Joint Organisation.
(4)	Clause 3, Table
Insert “Carrathool,” after “Berrigan,” in Column 2 of the matter relating to Riverina and Murray Joint Organisation.
(5)	Clause 3, Table
Insert “, Narrandera” after “Murrumbidgee” in Column 2 of the matter relating to Riverina and Murray Joint Organisation.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend the Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations)

Proclamation 2018 to add certain local council areas to the joint organisations of New England, Orana and

Riverina and Murray.
