This Proclamation is the Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations)

Amendment Proclamation 2020.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations) Proclamation 2018

Clause 3 Constitution of joint organisations

Insert “, City of Wagga Wagga” after “Temora” in Column 2 of the matter relating to Riverina Joint Organisation in the Table to the clause.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend the Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations)

Proclamation 2018 to add the City of Wagga Wagga area to the joint organisation area of the Riverina Joint

Organisation.
