1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations)

Amendment Proclamation 2019.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations) Proclamation 2018

Clause 3 Constitution of joint organisations

Insert “Snowy Valleys,” in alphabetical order in Column 2 of the matter relating to
Canberra Region Joint Organisation in the Table to the clause.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend the Local Government (Regional Joint Organisations)

Proclamation 2018 to add the Snowy Valleys Council area to the joint organisation area of the Canberra

Region Joint Organisation.
