Officers) Amendment Regulations 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Local Government

2.      Regulation 12 amended

Regulation 12 of the Local Government (Qualtfication of
Municipal Officers) Regulations 1984* is amended as follows:

(a) in subregulation (1)(a) by deleting "an associate diploma
in municipal building surveying awarded by the
Technical Education Division of the Education
Department" and inserting instead —

an advanced diploma in municipal building
surveying awarded by the Training
Accreditation Council established under the

Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

(b)	after paragraph (2)(a)(iii) by inserting "or";
(c)	by deleting paragraph (2)(a)(iv).
